I’ve had the opportunity to use RhinoSEO for about a month now and wanted to write a quick review of the software. So far I have to say it does far more than I expected it to. It truly is a complete online marketing system. What I like most about the tool is that it essentially encompasses multiple tools in one, saving a ton of time and increasing efficiency.
All inclusive
For the past 6 years I have either done my online marketing tasks manually or used several different tools. I used Google Analytics for my web analytics, I had a separate service for my email marketing, another for lead management, WebCEO or a Firefox extension for keyword rank tracking, another for keyword research and several tools for link analysis. Each tool that I used made saved me time, made things easier and enabled me to be more productive. But I was still using 5-10 different tools which in itself was still taking a lot of time. I was always on the lookout for an online marketing tool that did everything I needed in one toolset.
That’s what I like most about RhinoSEO. It combines all these tools into one easy to use online marketing system.
“Out of box” configuration
Google Analytics is great. There isn’t much you can’t set Google Analytics up to tell you. The problem I had was one the learning curve for advanced metrics and two the time it took to set everything up. Analytics are important, but if you think about it, there are only a handful of metrics you really need to keep tabs on a regular basis. RhinoSEO is already set-up with the metrics you need and checking them is very fast and easy. No need to set-up complicated goals and funnels to track a visitor from referring source to lead conversion. RhinoSEO tells you this important metric and many others with ease and simplicity.
Automation
I read a lot of blogs, articles and books to learn and stay on top of online marketing. All this information is great and explains various ways to use tools and processes to promote your website. RhinoSEO is fully integrated and takes the guesswork out of promoting your business online. You have competitor analysis, analytics, easy drag-and-drop form builders and landing pages, lead management, marketing campaigns, email marketing and social media all working together in one package. What this means is that everything works together in an easy and logical way so you don’t have to be an experienced “guru” to successfully promote your business online.
Now that I use RhinoSEO, the data gathering and analyzing that used to take hours and even days now can be done very quickly and easily.
